Butterflies

Welcome.  Hope you're having a wonderful day today. I was cleaning out my scrap paper bin and came across this piece of blue embossed card stock.  Of course I had to stop my cleaning and make a card....hee hee.
The stamps are from Stamp'in Up and the
butterflies are a punch.

I added a touch of green glitter glue,

This embossed paper is beautiful.
Not sure where it came from.
 Have a super great weekend!

Birthday Cards

Welcome! Glad you could stop by and visit today.  I am sharing a couple of boy birthday cards I made for my great nephew's birthday party this weekend.  My nephews turned 4 years old and 2 years old.  It's hard to believe.  Seeing my grand daughter Tessa my nephews look so big.
The boy stamp is from Mama Elephant.

The party was a soccer party and they both play in
a soccer group called Little Kickers.

The older brother loves dinosaurs so I used this
pattern paper and added the little dinosaur.

Have a super great week.  Find some time for crafting.

Waterfall Folio

Happy Monday to you! How was your weekend?  Have you been to Ginger Ropp-My Sisters Scrapper blog?  She is a Fantastic crafter.  She makes the most amazing Video Tutorials.  I made this Waterfall Folio after watching her tutorial.
The paper is a packet from Hobby Lobby.  The butterfly
is a die cut.  The flower is a SU stamp and die cut set.
The sentiment is a CTMH stamp.

I added some lace to the bottom of the book.

This is the inside.  On the left I added tags and the right
side is the waterfall folio.

These tags were part of the paper packet.
I attached them to black CS.  They can be used for
journaling or pictures.

I added pattern paper to the back for pictures.

I attached a tag to the left side for a picture.
This was a lot of fun to make.  I will be making more of them.  Thanks for stopping by today!

Thank You

Good Morning.  Today Albuquerque woke up to a beautiful blanket of snow.  That is a big deal to those of us who live in Albuquerque and the surrounding areas. I am so blessed to be able to enjoy the snow from the comfort of my home.  You all be safe out there!!  I was looking at some of my wood stamps and came across this cute  adorable dog stamp.
This card was made for a crafting friend that I visited
last week.  She has such a kind heart and I really enjoyed
my day with her.  She has a mastiff dog named Sasha.
Beautiful dog!!  Sasha did not like me.  She barked
and was so unhappy during the entire visit.  This card
is my way of saying thank you for the visit and so
sorry to Sasha.....

Doesn't he make you just want to reach out and
hug him?

Thought I would share a picture of the snow.
Have a wonderful day!!

The Sister's Challenge

Happy Monday!!  Hope your having a super day.  Today I am sharing some cards I made for my sisters and my daughter.  Just before the New Year my youngest sister challenged us to eat better and lose weight.   We each put $20.00 in a pot and weighed ourselves.  Whomever losses the most percentage of body fat by April 2, 2015 will receive the $120.00.   So the challenge is on and of course I'm going to win!!!
I wanted to send a card letting them know I am
supporting them but also let them know I am going to win.

I used the same cuttings just rearranged them
differently on each card.

The quote says:  Listen Honey- The dress is by
Ralph Lauren- The body by Chocolate Chip!!

My husband told me to send a dozen donuts along
with the card. LOL

I challenge you all to eat better and get healthy along with us.  I will keep you posted. Thanks for stopping by.

Mini Album

Hello and Happy Friday to you. Back in October my sister-in-law Pauline and her friend Bernadette came over to learn how to make a mini album.  We meet almost every Tuesday for about 8 weeks each making a different album.  The albums they made were Christmas gifts so I didn't want to share them until after the Holidays. Today's mini album was made by Bernadette. She made this for her daughter and did a beautiful job!!
Front cover.  Don't you just love the door knob?

Side view.

I believe the paper is a packet from Hobby Lobby.
The clips and ribbon she used are from her grandma.
What a special gift for her daughter.

The paper is just so beautiful and she did such a
wonderful job with coordinating all the pattern
paper to flow together.

Cool Watch!

Her daughter loved to read Alice in Wonderland
as a child so she printed out some pictures to add
to the album.

Bernadette also added her daughters favorite
moves.

Bernadette did a wonderful job!!  She started another mini album the last week we got together I can't wait to see it.   You all have a wonderful weekend!! Happy Crafting!
