Happy Firday to you!! My nieces' wedding is tomorrow and we are so excited and happy for her.  On Wednesday night her sister (maid-of-honor) and my daughter had a surprise bachelorette party for her.  It was held at my house and here are a few things I did for the party.
A Sash  with "Bride to Be" and Wedding Tiara.
The sash is a piece of ribbon with added glitter letter stickers

The Tiara was from Party City and I added the Tulle.
These are the wedding boxes I made for each one of the girls.
Don't you just love the purple daisy?

Here is the table set and ready for dinner.

This is the dessert table.  The cookies were made by my sister Lisa.
The frosting has a shiny shimmer to it.

Close up of the cookie

Wedding Safety Kit Box
I got the boxes at the Dollar Tree ($1.00 store) added the
sticker cake (Martha Stewart) and made the flower with a punch
and pearls.

These are the items added to the box.  (see saying below)

Breath Mints I covered below

The girls had lots of fun.  They started with a pedicure and ended with gifts and games.  I will share other items from the wedding in a couple of weeks.  Have a super great weekend.  Keep all those effected by the fires in your prayers!!!!

Today I am sharing a card I made using a "itty bitty by Unity" stamp.  I purchased it at The Hen House the weekend of the swap meet.  I just love the old fashion trailer and the saying is so true.   Sometimes we are so focus on the destination we forget to enjoy the ride.....

I colored the trailer using prismacolor pencils and covered it in
CTMH liquid glass to give it a shinny look.  Did you notice the yellow
ribbon?  I got it at a yard sale and I am pretty sure it's an antique ribbon.
It's kind of a furry material with white string sewn to it.  It's really
pretty cool.  This card  reminds me of the 1970's and
the Volkswagen Van everyone was driving......

So has it been Hot enough for you lately?  To hot for me and July is just around the corner....Stay Cool!!

On Sunday we attended a First Holy Communion and this is the card I made.

I embossed the paper, added glitter around the oval,
attached the cross, ribbon and stamped May God bless you....

Friday my daughter was in a wedding and these were the gifts on the table.
The chocolate one is a marshmallow and the white chocolate is red velvet cake.
What a cute idea and they were delicious.
Have a super great week!!!

Hi Everyone!!  I finally was able to spend sometime in my craft room yesterday.  Yeah!!  I found this piece of ribbon sitting on my kitchen cabinet, not sure where it came from and no one in my household is claiming  it. I loved the yellow and orange color so it inspired me to make this "praying for you" card.  I hope it brightens your day.

Sending you a cool day filled with flowers and hugs....

I have lots of birthdays in June.  These two cards are for my Son James and his girlfriend Brittny.

This card is for Brittny. She loves zebra stripes.

This card was for my Son James.

This is the card opened.
Here is a quote I thought you would enjoy.  Sending you happy thoughts........

Learn to enjoy every minute of your life. Be happy now. Don't wait for something outside of yourself to make you happy in the future. Think how really precious is the time you have to spend, whether it's at work or with your family. Every minute should be enjoyed and savored.
