Happy Hot Summer Day. How hot is it where you live? Here's another graduation card I made.  I used embellishments I had on hand. It seems like I have no time to just sit and craft so I do everything at the last minute out the door. It seems I don't really think about what I want to make I just go in and do it. Maybe that's better! (laughing)

Thanks for stopping by today! Enjoy your day!

Happy Monday. How is your summer going so far? I got through the month of May with many graduations, birthdays, mothers day and a baptism. My  June is filled with birthdays, Father's Day and five wedding anniversaries. Today I am sharing a couple of graduation cards I made.
These were quick and easy. I used embossing folders,
die cuts for the stars and some owl embellishments.

I made the diploma with rolled CS and twine.

Mother's Day

Happy June! Where did May go? Hope your enjoying your day so far. I am so bless to have my Mother and Mother-n-Law in my life. They are both amazing women. Here are the two Mother's day cards I made.

I used an embossing folder and die cuts for this card.

Added pearls and flowers.

This is Heartfelt Creations paper. They have the
most beautiful paper packets.

I just attached the flower and the sentiment and it was done.

printed insert cards and tag. I stamped the Love and
Hugs with SU inks. It matched perfect
Hope you had a wonderful Mother's day,

Flaunt it!

Happy Monday! Cartoon characters are some of my favorite stamps to use. This is another card I made for my friend going through Chemo. She has lost all her hair but refuses to wear a wig. She says "this is who I am now" she is amazing and has such a great attitude!
The stamp is from Rubbernecker-Ethel Swimsuit.
I layered the background with  the Rubbernecker
Nested Rectangle Small Stitch Die.

This week Flaunt it! (haha) Blessings!

Happy Monday. Hope your having a super great day! I was in need of a birthday card and made this as I was running out the door.
Using pattern paper, pre-cut butterflies, lace
and a flower made this card easy breezy.

I think this green lace/ribbon is beautiful.

Thank you for spending some time with me today. Enjoy the rest of your day!

Heartfelt Creations

Happy Monday! Are you enjoying the spring weather? I love this time of the year with flowers and tress blooming. Heartfelt Creations has some unique die cuts and their creations are so  beautiful! I made this card using Heartfelt Creations die cuts.

The center of the flowers were filled  mini beads.

The pink glitter paper makes this card just sparkle.

Hope your summer is filled with colorful blooms and lots of sunshine!

Happy Sunday!  In March I went to the Stamp convention here in Albuquerque.  I was standing in line to pay for my purchases, as I got closer to the cash register I saw this stamp set and it kept screaming "buy me, buy me" so of course I did. (laughing)
The stamp set is Art Impressions-Celeste.
The green pattern paper has glitter. I used

an embossing folder to make the wood floors.

I stamped the image twice, once on white CS
and once on the striped paper for the couch.
Prismacolor markers were used to color the image.
I cut out both images and layered them on the card.

Have a awesome week! Happy Mother's Day!!

Lifting Spirtits

Happy May 1st. May is always a wonderful month for me. We celebrate Mother's day, First Communions and Baptism in our Church. Of course there are always lots of birthdays. A friend from my TOPS group is going through Chemo and I've been sending her a card week with all our well wishes letting her know we miss her and love her.
I really love this SU- Left Me Up bundle set.

Birthday blessings

Happy Monday! How is everyone today? Are you enjoying the spring weather? I can't believe it's already the last Monday of April?  I had several birthday's in April, today's card was made for one of my Aunt's.

I love this button!

I am not a very good bow maker
but I am working on it...

Jar of Love

Happy Monday! Happy Easter to everyone. My card for today was made for my sister's birthday. I used the SU Jar of Love stamp and die set. This is one of those sets I just had to have....(laughing)
I stamped the jar on a clear piece of plastic. Using the
SU Jar of Love die cut, I cut it out and distressed
some sky blue ink on the bottom part of the jar
to have a look of water.

I picked up these flowers  at one of those craft
yard sales and thought they would be perfect.
The added leaves and stems are die cut using paper.

The butterfly does show up in person. Maybe I
should of made it pink?

I made a money jar inside the card. It's made of the
same plastic with a removable lid.

Thanks for stopping by today. Hope you have a blessed day!

Late birtdhay

Happy Monday. My brother-in-law had a birthday and I didn't get him a card made on time. (sad face)  I've had this sentiment from rubbernecker and I've never used it.  This was the perfect time. Could it be that I am the only one who has new crafting items they've never used?  (laughing)
Wanting to make the card look manly, I used a dark
brown CS and run it through an embossing folder.

I added some twine and knots.

Inside of the card.
Enjoy your week!

Money Tree

Happy April! Today I am sharing a money tree I made for my TOPS group. We had our annual conference and we are required to donate a themed basket to be raffled off as a fundraiser. Our group decided to make a money tree instead of a themed basket. I had a cardboard tree I purchased from Oriental Trading (3 years ago...hee hee) that would be perfect for this project.
The tree before the money was added. I added
glitter to the tree before attaching the money.
The tree has 51- one dollar bills.

The money was attached with paper clips. It needed
some color so I added small purple flowers.

I made this box to add words of encouragement.

After stamping funny and uplifting sayings,
the ladies in my TOPS chapter wrote
personal advice and encouragement for the winner.

I covered it in plastic wrap.
One of these days I will have a photo area instead of these ugly sheets for my photos. Maybe even a new camera....,,     Have a great day!
