Mom's Birthday

Happy Monday! Are you enjoying your spring so far? The leaves on the trees are turning green and the flowers are blooming. I love the spring time. My family got together to celebrate my Mom's birthday, here is the card I made her.
You can't tell in the picture but I used a
doily, lace and ribbon on this card.

This ribbon was from a yard sale. It's
a very old tapestry ribbon and I think
is beautiful.

Inside the card
This is a picture of (5) five generations.
My Mom on the left, Grandma in the middle,
I'm on the right, My son on the left and
his two daughters.
We are very blessed to have five generations. Thanks for stopping by today!

Gift card holder

Happy Monday!  How is everyone doing today? Tomorrow is the official tax day. Yuck Taxes! To bad I couldn't write off all my crafting items....(laughing) I guess if I was in bussiness to sell crafting items I could write them off but who wants to sell when you can buy.....hee hee. Happy Tax to you! Today I am sharing another gift card holder I made.  This gift card holder was made for a birthday shopping day. Hope you like it
Front of the holder. I used a paper packet
from Heartfelt Creations.

The first opened flap.

On this next flap I left space to write birthday wishes.

Fully opened.

The paper was double sided so I folded the flaps
down and added a tag on each section.

Here is the gift cards inserted.
Have a super wonderful week!

Fun Fold Gift Card Holder

Happy Monday! I was in need of a gift card holder to hold three gift cards. I made this for my daughter-in-law's birthday.

This is the outside of the holder.
The cupcake embellishments are stickers.
The happy birthday is a die cut.
Side view.
First flap opens and has a place to
write on.
Here is the inside all the way opened,
along with the gift cards.
Have a super great day!

Baby Chicks

Happy April Monday! How was your Easter? Did you make any Easter crafts? My family and I had a wonderful Easter. I bought these cute baby chicks from Oriental Trading and made these holders for them. The kids just loved them.
I wanted somekind of a holder for the baby chicks.
I decided on the SU curvy keepsake box. I cut out
circles and glued clear plastic to create a window
for each box.

The chicks came in yellow, blue, green and pink.

Hope you have a Blessed April!
