Halloween

Happy Halloween to you!!!  Since I didn't make any Halloween cards this year I am sharing some cards from Felicity.  Hope you enjoy them. She makes the BEST Halloween cards!

The doors and windows opening make this card so cute!

I love what she did to the inside of this card!
Enjoy your day and hope you get some sweet treats today.  Happy Stamping.

Nail polish holder

Happy Wednesday to you!  Tomorrow is Halloween that means there is only 55 days before Christmas....
How much shopping have you done?  How about those Christmas cards?  Yup I haven't started mine either...LOL  Here are some Christmas stocking stuffers I made.
Each box is cut, glued together and then decorated.

I don't paint my nails so I was shocked to see the
price of nail polish these days.  Up to $12.00 for a bottle.
Yikes!!!  I did find these for $1.97 each.  I plan to
sell these at my craft fair so I am going to ask $4.00

and hope that's not to much.

These are decorated with lace from CTMH and stickers.

Are you wondering why some have a holes in them?
I followed instructions from pinterest so I am assuming its
to hang on a tree.  Not sure to tell you the truth.
I decide to add the "to & from" to them and I like that better.
The ones on pinterest had nail files with them.  You could
pretty much put anything in the boxes.

Have a Joyful day today.

Hero's art stamp

Hello.  Hope your having a great day today! This was another attempt at
the "Tile" technique using a background stamp.

This is the Hero Art background stamp I used.
I stamped the image and colored in the flowers
with markers and distressed the edges.

I guess I have a lot to learn about the "Tile" technique. It's Pretty bad huh...lol.  Hope your day is filled with beautiful fall colors and fresh air.

Fall

Happy Monday to you!  I saw this "Tile"  technique on Splitcoast Stampers and wanted to try it.  Mine didn't come out the way it should have no matter how many times I tried.  Finally I thought what the heck, I would use what I made and just go with it....LOL
You start with a white CS and score lines making the nine
square tiles.  Using a masking technique you distress the
nine squares leaving the edges white.  I just couldn't do it!!
So I just distressed and inked the whole card, stamped

the leafs and just went with it.....hee hee

The tree stamps are from SU.

I bent each score line and distressed each line with ink
to give it a dark line look.

Have a wonderful day filled with beautiful fall colors and fresh air.  God bless

Flip and Fold Card

Hello to all my blog friends.   I found this card style by accident while viewing a video from the Hen House on "YouTube." I very rarely watch crafting video's on "YouTube" but this lady Beth Beard did a great job on her step by step video for the Flip and Fold card you see here. Of course I used different paper and embellishments but I just love this fold.  I made this card  for my nephew who was born on Halloween.
The paper I used is from SU and the stamp sets are CTMH.

Partial unfolded

Completely opened.

The bats are from a Martha Stewart line punch.

The back of the card.  I think it looks pretty cool.
So what do you think?  I just fell in love with this style of card.  I might use it for my Christmas cards.  Oh Dear I better get started with that......LOL Enjoy your day!

I had so much fun making the accordion-style card wallet I had to make another one.  This one I made for my brother-in-law's birthday.
The tree stamp is from CTMH.  I used a piece of string
as the tie to hold it together.  I didn't want to use ribbon
and make it look to girly since it's for a man's birthday.

Inside of the card.  I used the tree embossing folder to
give its some manly texture on the pockets.

I think a little owl would look great sticking out of the
pocket here.  I guess that will be my next project...hee hee

I used the tools stamp set from "Craft Lounge" and tool
dimensional stickers from "Jolee's" to decorate the inside.
Hope you enjoyed this card style as much as I have.  You crafty women out there have probably already done some of these I am sure.  The one thing I love about Pinterest is seeing everyone's ideas and blogs.  Happy stamping!!!

Accordion-Style Wallet Card

Here is another great idea from Pinterest.  Accordion-style wallet.
I used the top note die, an embossing folder and ribbon
for the outside.

On the inside of the wallet card, you can pretty much do anything
with this style.  Each fold has it's own pocket to add candy,
gift cards, notes etc.  Don't you just love this?

For the first two folds I added the happy birthday and flowers.

On the third fold I put a blank die cut to add your own hand
written message.  The last fold is for the gift card.

This is the inside with the gift card inserted.

This is the way the pockets look.

I wanted to show you the bottom of the pockets so you would
know you could put a mini candy bar etc and there would be
plenty of room.
This is made using a 12 x 12 double sided pattern paper cut in half at 6 inches, scored and glued.  Once I figured out the correct dimensions it was very quick and simple. Thank you for stopping by today!

Welcome! Hope your day is going well so far.
I am getting ready for a craft fair I am doing in November.
I saw these on Pinterest and thought I would give them a try.

These are gift card holders which I have hanging on
a metal tree.  I found this metal tree at the Goodwill
last year and thought it would make a good hanger for my crafts.

Here is the 6 different designs I made. I used the Top
Note die cut, Christmas paper and embellishments and

name tags. I added ribbon so they could be hung on a
Christmas tree or tied to a gift.

Inside with and without a gift card.

While lets hope they will be a good sale item.  You just never know what is going to be the "Hot" item at a craft fair.  Have a great week!!
