Butterfly Mobile

My neighbor Heather made this beautiful butterfly mobile for her granddaughter. Her granddaughter is due to arrive any day now.  Her daughter Abby saw a picture of this and asked her to make it.  WOW!!  Don't you just love it!!  The baby's room is done in red and gold.  How cool is that. Great Job Heather!!!  Thank you for sharing!!

Little Lambs

So how many of you are hooked on Pinterst?  I just love all the stuff you find on there! I saw these adorable little lambs and thought I would try to recreate them.   Check out this blog site for the full instructions- www.frenchiestamps.com.

The chocolate nuggets go inside the body of the lambs.
I have yet to make it to the store to buy some chocolate.
I guess it's better because I would probably eat them all...LOL

These are so much fun to make!  I hope you try to make some for Easter.

Mint To Be

My Son is getting married this October.  We have been busy with Wedding arrangements.  I have been playing with different ideas for the reception tables.  I saw these on pinterest and thought I would give them a try.
The Wedding colors are champagne, pinkish blush and a shimmer gray.

I embossed the champagne paper and wrapped it around rolled Mints.

I printed out the saying and tied them with ribbon.
 I added flowers and hearts.

Thank you fro stopping by today.  Have a super great week!!!

Doggie Easter Treats

I made some Easter treat covers for our grand-dogs Bella and Sasha.   The dog treats are in shape of a bunnies and  chicks.  They were just to cute to pass up.  I am sure both dogs will enjoy them. hee hee
I put the treats inside plastic bags and stapled them to the CS.
I added pattern paper to the front side and cut out the oval window.

Chicken
Bunny

I used the scallop punch, then stamped the saying
and attached  it to the top of the treat box.

Hope you have a wonderful weekend.

Here is a little bunny basket gift for Easter. I used a Crystal Lite container
and some punches to make this basket.
I covered the container with pattern paper from
the American Doll packet. I added shredded paper with
green grass and put some candies inside.

I am sure most of you have seen this bunny made
using punches.  He is so cute!

I added googly eyes and cotton for the tail.

Have a bunny of a day!!

Here is another card using the tulip embossing folder.  This time I used markers to color in the flowers.  I  like using chalk better.  I didn't do a very good job using the markers.  Oh well  next time I will do better....LOL
The stamp is from Artful Stamper and the butterfly is from
the dollar bin at Michael's. All the embossing folders I got at
the stamp show are all made by Darice.

Embossed Flowers

Today's card is made using another embossing folder and chalk.
I embossed the white CS. Then using cotton balls and
chalk I colored in each of the embossed flowers.

This would made a great Easter card.
Using a punch I cut out two butterflies.

Inside the card I used another embossing folder with
a touch of green and blue chalk.
Hope your day is filled with sunshine and flowers.

Happy Monday to you!!  Today I am sharing a birthday gift I made for my sister Jovonna.  She has officially crossed over to paper crafting.....Yah!!  I made her a holder that fits over a bottle of Simple Green (it's what I use to clean my stamps) and added her gift card and some crafting goodies.
This is the front side of the bottle with the first pocket of goodies.

Here is the other pocket with crafting goodies.

Side view.

I used pink ribbon to added color and help hold the boxes close to the bottle.

I got these from Micheal's dollar bin.  They are just so adorable!!!
This crafting box can be used for many different themes of gift giving. Hope you have a super great week!!!

Embossing Folder

Happy Friday to you.  Here is a card I made using an embossing folder from "mpress.com". I love to use embossing folders.  The really add to the item you are crafting.
I got this embossing folder from the stamp show this past
weekend.  As a matter of fact I got 6 different folders.
Can't wait to use all of them.

The flowers are from Hobby Lobby in the Easter crafts area.

The stamp set is from Rubbernecker.com
"Remember there's someone who thinks of you often and smiles!"

Inside of the card.

Close up of the inside embossing and flower.
Thank you for sharing your time with me this week.  Enjoy the great weather in Albuquerque this weekend! God Bless.

Labrador

Today's card is made using the Labrador die cut  from Poppystamps. My neighbor Heather gave me the die cut because our grand-dog is a black Labrador named Sasha.  I really had to put on my thinking cap to come up with an idea using this die cut.
I punched out a yellow circle and added ribbon behind it
to create the sun.

This picket fence is from "Jolee's by You".  I have had these fences
for so long they might be petrified wood already....LOL

Sasha's collar is bright pink with dogie diamonds on it.

This tree is a memory box die cut "Leafy Branch". I cut out the branch
in brown CS and green CS.   Can you believe I actually cut each one of those
leafs from the green cut out and glued them to the branch.

Inside of the card
Here is Sasha.
We enjoy baby sitting her while my son and his girlfriend are working.

I hope you have a dogie good day!

More Tissue box covers

Here are two more tissue holders.  These make great gifts for someone who is sick or maybe have allergies to keep in their cars or near their beds.

The paper is from the American Doll paper packet.
(Oh dear!  I just noticed I didn't add a strip of pattern paper to the front side of the box)

This stamp is from  the Stamp Show at the State Fair
grounds this past weekend. It's by The Artful Stamper.

I embossed CS instead of using pattern paper on this one.

This is a stamp from auntieamy.
Don't you think it's so cute?

I added flowers to the bottom to add color.
These holder are so much fun to make and I can't wait to give them away.  Enjoy your day!
