Crafting Friends are the Best Friends

Happy Thursday! How is everyone today? I was blessed with another birthday this May. My children and granddaughter keep getting older but I continue to celebrate being 29.....(laughing)  I received so many beautiful birthday cards along with loving birthday wishes. Today I share three cards from my crafting friends.

how beautiful the water colors are and how the
glitter just shines on the card. 

This card is from Heather. It's made using all die
cuts. I just love that we are painting our house
and she made this card. 

I just love the little paint brush!

This card was made by Marie.  She really out did
herself. What a beautiful card. 

I just love the tag she made and the paper is
covered in glitter.

Thank you ladies for the beautiful cards! You all touched my heart and brought smiles to my face.

Graduation Cards

 Happy Monday. Hope you had a wonderful weekend. Yippiee I was able to make a couple of cards this past week amongst my craft room chaos. I had two great nephews graduating from Pre-K and wanted to make them each a card.

I used some felt dinosaurs along with graduation hats.

This dinosaur is my favorite one. He looks
kind of mischievous in a cute way. (smiling)

Embossing Folder and Die Cut

Happy Wednesday! A couple of months ago I got together with some crafting friends at my neighbor's house, We ate pizza, talked and made cards.  We had so much fun.  It was nice to be back crafting with friends again.  My husband always says I come home  "Happy" after crafting with friends.

I am still putting my crafting room back together and working on our upstairs remodel. Our remodel motto is: Slow and Steady....LOL   I will post some pictures of my craftroom next week.  Enjoy your week!

Happy Tuesday! How is everyone today? Spring is here and with this crazy weather I have not planted my garden yet. Maybe next weekend. I want to thank those of you who came out to my flea market sale. It was nice visiting with you! Today I am sharing a thank you card I made using Heartfelt Creations die cuts. 

 I used  the Cut Mate Create 2B Die, scrap
paper, burlap and bling to create this card.

Items for Sale

Happy Thursday and Happy Mother's Day weekend. This is the first time in about 8 years that I had to buy Mother's day cards....(sad face). I was shocked at the cost of cards. If I would have made two Mother's day cards it probably would have cost me $29.99 in supplies.....that would not have bothered me. (laughing)

 I am busy unpacking my craft room boxes and found I don't need all the items. I will be selling my items on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 8am-12noon at my home and again on Monday, May 9, 2016 starting at 3:00pm-to 6:00pm. Please email me at: djparra7@aol.com if you have any questions.

 I am selling things at yard sale prices.
  My punches are priced at $3.00 each.

Most of my ribbon, embellishments etc will be
 priced at .25¢ - $1.00

The  paper racks are $15.00 each.

I'm asking $5.00 for this container. The long drawers only
hold light items and one of the drawers is missing.

Turning ONE

 Happy Monday! How was your weekend? Mine was busy and I am amazed that I was able to make this birthday card.  Most of my crafting stuff is still in boxes so I was limited to what I had unpacked. My unpacking is slow and steady because I am going through everything to decide what I am keeping or what I really need....LOL

The background paper came out of a baby boys
paper packet. The "ONE" was stamped using
a CTMH letters stamp set.

The turtle and the monkey are both stickers.
