Wild One

Happy Monday! Are you enjoying your summer so far? It has been a hot one so far. Today I am sharing a card I made for my great-nephew. (makes me feel old having "Great" nephew...laughing) He turned One and his party theme was from the book "Where the Wild Things Are".  The party was so cute. She had all the guest sign his book "Where the Wild Things Are" . I loved that idea. She did a wonderful job!
My niece made the cutest invites. Of course I forgot
to take a picture before I cut it up and used parts of it
for his card. The crown, the wild things and
the "Lets Make Mischief" saying.

I made the step card base, added jungle trees,
leaves, used the crown for his picture
and made the "ONE" banner.

I tried real hard to make the ship shown on the
cover of the book but it just didn't come out the
way I wanted. Where is that ship die cut when you
need it?....(laughing)
You all have a super great week. Stay cool and find time for crafting.

Graduation

Happy Hot Summer Day. How hot is it where you live? Here's another graduation card I made.  I used embellishments I had on hand. It seems like I have no time to just sit and craft so I do everything at the last minute out the door. It seems I don't really think about what I want to make I just go in and do it. Maybe that's better! (laughing)

Thanks for stopping by today! Enjoy your day!

Graduation

Happy Monday. How is your summer going so far? I got through the month of May with many graduations, birthdays, mothers day and a baptism. My  June is filled with birthdays, Father's Day and five wedding anniversaries. Today I am sharing a couple of graduation cards I made.
These were quick and easy. I used embossing folders,
die cuts for the stars and some owl embellishments.

I made the diploma with rolled CS and twine.

Mother's Day

Happy June! Where did May go? Hope your enjoying your day so far. I am so bless to have my Mother and Mother-n-Law in my life. They are both amazing women. Here are the two Mother's day cards I made.

I used an embossing folder and die cuts for this card.

Added pearls and flowers.

This is Heartfelt Creations paper. They have the
most beautiful paper packets.

I just attached the flower and the sentiment and it was done.

printed insert cards and tag. I stamped the Love and
Hugs with SU inks. It matched perfect
Hope you had a wonderful Mother's day,
