Fun Fold

Happy Monday! How is everyone today? It's already the third week into 2023. Are you still finding Christmas decorations and other things around the house? Just when you get it all put away something pops out at you....laughing. I saw this fun fold on Pinterest and on a few of the Stampin' Up blogs.  

I really like this fun fold. It makes a really nice card.

Large gift card holders

Happy February Monday!! Today I'm sharing three gift card holders. Each is the same design but using the same pattern paper in different places of the card. I used the design from Designs by Sharon. I bought this gift card holder from her at one of the arts and crafts shows because it's made for large gift cards. 

Each bow has multiple pieces of ribbon and lace 

under them.

So many of the gift cards these days are large.

Cute handbags/purses

Happy August Monday! How is everyone today? Do you carry everything you own in your handbag or purse?  How about all your family members (husbands) who think because you carry a purse you can now carry all of their items too...(laughing) Today I'm sharing these cute little purses and surprisingly they are bigger than I thought they would be.

It comes with different parts for the purse,

like key chains & hearts. Its just so adorable.

You can use them for gift cards or 

small note cards.

Lots of celebrations

Happy Monday! It's been awhile since I've posted anything. It's been a very busy June! Today I'm sharing a few things I was busy doing. I hope you had a fun and safe 4th of July!

My daughter made this birthday bucket

for my son's 40th birthday. 

I gave my son 40 gifts for his 40th birthday.

I die cut numbers and circles and added them 

to boxes, bags and the gifts. It was so much

fun for him to open each gift. 

This is my famous picture frame I change for each occasion.

 I decorated it for my niece's high school graduation

 party. She took lots of pictures with it. She loved

it so much she took it home with her....LOL

My other niece lives in AZ. She is having

a baby so I volunteered my house for her

baby shower. Her baby theme is butterflies

with pinks and purples. She is having a girl 

I decided I wanted butterflies hanging from

the ceiling as decorations. 

The shower was a drive by because at the

time the invites went out we were still under

a covid-19 restriction. It was lifted by the time

we had the shower but we just decided to leave

it as a drive by. We invited grandmas and aunts

 inside the house for a light lunch. 

My niece and her boyfriend.

We ordered edible butterflies to add to the cake. 

Thank goodness for my neighbor Heather. 

She helped me cut out lots and lots of

butterflies for all the decertations.

My sister saw this cool idea to use plastic

table cloths to make streamers. I bought

table cloths at the dollar store. You leave the 

table cloths folded as they are and cut them

into strips. you then unfold the strips and tie

them onto the string. This is great for a photo

booth or background. We hung them on the 

umbrella for the drive by. 

I decorated these small bags for the 

goodie bags that were given out as 

guest drove by. 

It was nice to be together again with my family. Lots of celebrations in June including Father's day.

Gift Card Holder

Happy Monday to you! Today I am sharing some gift card holders I made. I saw these on Pinterest and really like them...So sorry I can't find the web site I used. (sad face) I made them for my TOPS officers to include a gift card for volunteering yet another year to keep our group going. 

I used some doubled sided glitter pattern paper
and a old (2007) Stampin Up stamp. 

The "thanks" is a die cut. 

The gift card is attached to
the "Thanks" insert which
pulls out of the pocket.

Happy Monday! July is ending and school will be starting soon. Hope you had a wonderful summer with your families. I saw this cute little box on Angie Juda's blog: chicnscratch.com. I made these as prizes for my TOPS group and put a package of gum in them. We played "Healthy Jeopardy. It was so much fun. 

I've had these embellishment for a long time.
Not sure where they even came from. The fruit
and turtles are so cute. 

The belly band slides off and you open
the box. I put a gift card to show the size
of the box. I hadn't bought the gum when
I took the picture...(smiling)

Gift card holder

Happy Monday!  How is everyone doing today? Tomorrow is the official tax day. Yuck Taxes! To bad I couldn't write off all my crafting items....(laughing) I guess if I was in bussiness to sell crafting items I could write them off but who wants to sell when you can buy.....hee hee. Happy Tax to you! Today I am sharing another gift card holder I made.  This gift card holder was made for a birthday shopping day. Hope you like it

from Heartfelt Creations. 

The first opened flap.

On this next flap I left space to write birthday wishes.

The paper was double sided so I folded the flaps
down and added a tag on each section. 

Here is the gift cards inserted.
