First Communion

Happy Mother's Day. I hope you all enjoyed your Mother's day. I had to buy Mother's Day cards this year. Mother's day came with out a warning....LOL I didn't have time to make cards. (sad face)  I'm sharing a First Communion card I made for my nephew.

Thank you cards

Happy Monday! Hope your all having a wonderful day!! I made these First Communion thank you cards for my niece who made her First Communion. Because of the pandemic everyone was required to wear masks at the Church.  My sister wanted a special white mask so I didn't hesitate to call my neighbor Heather who has been making masks since the start of the pandemic. Not only did she make Isabella a special mask, she made matching ones for her parents. Make sure to scroll to the bottom to see pictures. 

I embossed all the backgrounds of the cards

and added ribbon and die cut a "Thank You"

First Communion Card

Happy Friday to you!  Here is the First Communion card I made instead of the white suit card.  

I used three different embossing folders for the white layers. 

I used a green ink to distress around the cross and
the inside of the card.  The cross is a sticker.

Dress Suit Card

Good Morning everyone. Happy May First!! We were invited to my cousin's First Communion this past weekend. I decided I wanted to make a white dress suit card.  I tried it first with black and white paper and this is what I ended up with.  

I cut the pattern paper down the middle to make the lapels.
The collar is a piece of white CS. 

The tie is a piece of ribbon.  I don't know how to tie a
tie so this was the best I could do....LOL

The pocket is a piece of black CS with ribbon tucked
behind it.
