Happy Birthday

Happy Thursday to you!! I found this polka doted flower in one of my drawers and sat it on my desk.  It's been there for a week and finally decide to make a card with it.
Using two different embossing folders I embossed the
purple and pink card stock.

I used a die for the Happy Birthday and attached them to
the embossed CS.  I added ribbon and the flower.

Sending you flowers and sunshine today.!!

Tim Holtz Embossing Folder

Here is another card I made using the Tim Holtz embossing folder.
I embossed several different colors of scrap paper and then cut out each section.

I rearraged them to see what colors went best together.
Using the tape gun I glued them onto the Card.
I then distressed  the whole card with brown and black inks.

What do you think about adding some of Tim's charms
on this card?  Would it be to much?

For not liking the embossing  foldering when I bought it,  I have to say I really like this card and it was fun to put together. ....LOL  Have a great day!

Tim Holtz

Today's card is made using a Tim Holtz embossing folder.  I am not much of a fan of Tim Holtz but this embossing folder was on clearance so I can't pass up a good deal...LOL
I used the embossing folder on cream colored card stock.
I then used Tim Holtz distress inks to color the entire card.

I added the ribbon and the happy birthday.

It's a nice masculine birthday card.

Christmas Gifts

Happy Monday to you!!  Who doesn't like to receive money for Christmas?  This is my third week of Christmas gifts for 2014. I saw these Holiday dough gift bags on Pinterest and thought they would make great money holders for the teens on my list.
Using a pencil I rolled up the money and tied it with yarn.

I stamped the gingerbread man and cut him out. I
filled the bag with money and stapled the red
CS to the top of the bag.

I printed the saying on the computer and attached it
to red CS.

Each pay day I will make one of these and by December all my money gifts will
be done... YEAH!!!      Hope you have a super great week!!

Valentine Card

Happy Thursday to you!  Can you believe the month of January is almost over?  Valentines will be here before we know it so I decided to make a Valentines Card.  I saw this design on Pinterest.
Using an embossing folder I embossed scrap pieces of
pink paper and cut them into strips. I attached them to
the card and added red hearts.

Can you see the embossed hearts in the pink paper?

I stamped the "Love U" and attached it to the red heart.
Thank you for stopping by today.  Enjoy your day!

Monday's Christmas Gifts

It's Monday already and I hope you are having a FABULOUS Monday!!  This is the third Christmas gift project I made for the 2014 Christmas season.  For me this is a great gift for the men in my life.
Custom deisgn covered ceramic coasters.

Here they are in the holders.

What a cool gift for the sports person on your list.
For you Dallas fans out there I do have Dallas paper!

Great gift for the beer lover in your family. These are
made from card board holders of bottled beer.  If you
are wondering if I drank all this beer I didn't touch a
drop....LOL I had all the football fans collecting them
 over the 2013 football season.

Not sure what to do with your Christmas cards after
Christmas?  Here is a wonderful way to recycle.
Christmas cards.

This is what the bottom of the coasters look like
along with the holder.

I am sure you all have seen these before.  I thought
they would be a wonderful addition to the coasters.
This is rootbeer but you can use any kind of
bottle drinks, soda, beer etc.

These are the holders I collected to make the coaster.

These coaster will be feature in one of my workshops in the next few months. Thanks for stopping by.

Birthday Princess

Today I am sharing the birthday invites my sister Lisa and I made for my niece Isabella.  She will be turning three years old this month.  We did this cute photo shoot with her princess dress on.  She wears a princess dress EVERYDAY.  She loves to be dressed up and she loves shoes....LOL
We took her picture and had them developed.
Attached them to the pink CS because pink is her favorite
color.  Everything has to be PINK,  PINK,  PINK.
We then attached the picture to the white CS.

She has beautiful blue eyes.
Inside of the card.
Thank you for letting me share Princess' Isabella....  Hope your day is filled with the magic of being three again...
