Sending Sunshine

Happy Monday. Today I'm sharing one of the cards Heather sent over for me to put together. Yes we are still exchanging cards even though I am so behind in sending her my cards. Right now I have three cards to put together that she has sent over. It's been a really busy month for me. Enjoying my time with the grand kids and having my daughter home every weekend.

I hope you have lots of sunshine this week. Having to wear masks when you go out I really miss the smiles on faces but you can still see smiles in peoples eyes. Keep smiling.

Homemade Birthday Cards

Happy Monday! The month of June is almost over. How is everyone doing? Hope your all safe and Healthy. I had a birthday last month and these are a few of the handmade cards I received. I was blessed with two drive by birthday wishes. One from my TOPS friends in the morning and one from my family in the evening. It was a great surprise since we couldn't get together. 

This card was made by my neighbor
Heather. It's a 3-D pop up card. She
didn't sign it so I could pass it onto
someone else. I Love that idea.

was part of the Wednesday crafting
nights. I miss her and our crafting
times together. This is a beautiful card.
It really shines in person!

made by my sister-in-law Pauline.
She uses her Cricut to create wonderful
cards and crafts.  

I love the unique cut of the card and the
3-D kite. The colors are perfect!

Happy Birthday Son

Happy Monday! Hope you're having a great day today! My son is a firefighter and had a birthday this past week. I decided to make a firetruck birthday card.

The stamp is a wooden stamp from DOTS.
I'm not even sure where I got it. (smiling)
I used inks to make the background and
Prisma color markers for the truck.

Looking at the truck I should have cut
out the window and added vellum.

Inside the card. My son really got
a laugh out of the saying on the right.

Happy June morning!  Hope your having a great day! This card is just to cute!!! A lot of makers are doing the gnomes for paper crafting and they are so adorable. My neighbor Heather and I are still exchanging card cuttings. This is one of her cards.

The card on the left is the sample card Heather
made for me and mine is on the right. I added
the extra flower. 

We always try and change the card
 just a bit to make it our own.
