Christmas Gnomes

Happy Monday! I saw these gnomes on YouTube and thought they were just so adorable. I just had to try making them. Thank goodness I had most of the stuff already. I used a combination of two different videos with different ways to make them. There are lots of videos out there and so many cute gnomes.

These were made using a few of my husbands long
socks filled with lentils and covered in Christmas socks.

This fur was hair I had bought to make
Christmas stocking and never did..(smiling)
Worked out well to make his beard.

This beard was actually a Christmas
stocking from the Dollar Tree store. I
took it apart, used the fur for the beard
and the stocking part to make the hat below.

With a mustache or without?

Merry Christmas to you all!! Wishing you a blessed Christmas and a New Year filled with Good Health and lots of friends and family.

Little One

Happy Monday! December is half way over already and the year is coming to an end. 2020 has been a tough year. but we were blessed with two new grandsons. We now have six grandchildren. They bring us so much love and joy. Today I'm sharing boy baby cards.

The sweet sleeping baby is so cute.

Do you like the white one or the
skin tone one? Both are adorable.

These card cuttings were from Heather. Thank you Heather!

Greetings from New Mexico

Happy December! Today I'm sharing a card I made using Rangers distress oxide inks. It's so much fun to take a blank piece of card stock and run inks over it to create such beautiful colors. This is one of Heather's cards of course. She is continuing to make cards for her card group and like always brings me two cuttings to make. She is a blessing!

I sent this to my sister who lives in AZ.
She loved it!

Hope your having a good day! Happy Stamping to you!

Feel better

Happy December Monday! Christmas is just around the corner and just like Thanksgiving it will be a bit different this year. In the last few months I've had some family members have surgeries. I made a few of these PJ cards to wish them a quick recovery.

I picked paper that I thought looked like
pajamas. I added lace neck lines and some
fancy buttons.

Thank you for stopping by today. Wishing you a great December!!

Post-It-Note holders

Happy Monday! The last Monday in November of 2020. What a year!! Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Today I am sharing some post-it-note holders Heather had shared with me. The tutorial is by LeeAnn Greff. The one she made had a small paper calendar on the front of it. I decided to decorate them without the calendars.

Sorry about the poor pictures. I didn't have very good
lighting and short on time...

The saying was made using
a Stampin Up stamp set and punch.

I used some glitter pattern paper and
some stickers.

This one is my favorite one. Using
pattern paper and clear stickers with
the sentiments.

Side view. I have the small pens
and pencils that fit inside.

 Have a blessed day!

This is another card from my neighbor Heather.
It's a beautiful Fall card.

Fun Fold

Happy Monday. I saw this fun fold card online and thought I could do this. It took me a couple of tries to figure it out but I got it. Then Heather my neighbor sent over a card from her crafting group with this fold and it was done differently. haha just goes to show you how crafting can be the same and yet so different.
The bird was cut using the SU bird punch.

Inside the card I stamped each card a little different.

Thank you for stopping by today! You stay safe and God Bless you!

Happy Fall

Happy Monday! I made these cards for some of my TOPS friends (take off pounds sensible) We are not having our meetings and I sure do miss them. We are trying to reach out to each other and keep in touch. Hope you all are doing well and staying safe.

The orange paper was embossed and attached to
the yellow card. Happy fall was stamped and
cut out using a die cut. Easy Peasy!!

I added some glitter black cats and the spooky
moon to some of the cards.

Thank you for stopping by today! Have a great week!

Birthday

Happy November Monday! Yesterday was my granddaughters birthday. Can't believe she is already 4 years old. She love ice cream so I decided to us the SU Tasty Trucks stamp set to make her a card.
The pattern paper is a glittery print so I
used a glitter ribbon. The truck is colored
with Prism markers.
Her name fit perfect across the truck.
I stamped the truck twice and cut out
the Awning to make it 3-D.

Inside the card

Wishing you a great November month. Stay safe!

Uff Da!!

Happy Monday! Today I'm sharing a cute little gnome card. These have been popular for awhile and lots of crafting companies are making them. I received the cuttings for this card from Heather my neighbor. Yes we are still sharing cards to put together. Truth be told she is the only one making the cards. It's been awhile since I sent her some cuttings. I better get busy making some cards for her!!

UFF DA! What does that mean? I had
 to look it up....
Uff da! is an exclamation or interjection
 expressing  bafflement, surprise, or dismay.

Have a happy and safe Halloween! Be Safe!!

Spiders, Bat and no germs!

Happy Monday! My oldest granddaughter and I made these cute Halloween hand soaps. I saw this on Pinterest and thought this is what I am giving out as non-candy gifts this year.
Got these soaps at the dollar store.

Luckily the labels peeled right off without
 leaving a sticking residue.

You will need to cut off the ring part of the
spiders and bats.

Open the soap bottle and push down the
plastic spiders and bat. Tie a ribbon
to the top. So cute!

My granddaughter is so excited to use hers. Enjoy your week!

Halloween Fun

Happy Monday! Fall is finally here. I love the colors and the cooler mornings! Since my grandkids are not going trick-or-treating this year I wanted something special for them to do. I was going to make a pumpkin pinata with them but I saw this cute carnival game at countryliving.com. It's really cute and I hope they have as much fun playing with it as I did making it.
I took a board and spray painted it green.

Using a  glue gun I attached the cups to
the board.

The sign was made using die cuts.

I added some tricks and some treats to each cup.

Using napkins and rubber bands I covered
the cups.

Now they will take turns punching out the
cups to find their trick or treat.

Hope you all have a fun and safe Halloween!
