Happy January 2019! It's been awhile since I have posted anything. December is always a busy month but when you add the grandkids into the mix it makes it a blessing but leaves little time to post. My granddaughter Jade turned two years old in November. She had a Mermaid themed birthday, so I made this card for her.

| She is so adorable. I used Prisma color pencils to color her and stickles to make the bubbles 3-D. |
