This is a very simple card to make. Using scrap CS I punched out several colors of zig-zag lines. I glued them to the card, added a bow and stamped the Birthday wishes.
Easy Breezy as Heather would say!!! LOL

| On the inside of the card I attached a piece of ribbon. I gathered the middle and attached a piece of bling. |
