Hi Everyone.  Here are the cards we made using the Avonlea workshop on the Go kit.  Of course we ate and talked and just crafted away.  Like always it was lots of fun.

To create the embellishment for the middle of the card we started
with cream CS. Stamped and distressed the CS with
Chocolate ink, stamped the leaves then added the punched scallop.
We stamped the larger flower in purple and smaller one in green
cut both of them out and attached them with foam adhesive.

This was a very simple card to make.  This card is all about
the paper.  We stamped the "Thank You" sentiment. attached it
to CS and  then attached it to the card.  Added
bling and we were done.  Beautiful paper don't you think?

So I just couldn't stay away from the Fall colors.....LOL
This card was made using the Abundance Holiday stamp set.
Not sure where the paper is from I pulled it out of my single paper
rack.  The black embellishments in the corners are made using a
Cricut die cut. The leaves are a Martha Stewart punch.

We used the Prismacolor markers to color in the image.
Thanks for stopping by today.  Check back tomorrow for the Wednesday Ladies Card night creations.  Have a Fantastic day!

Yesterday I had a class using the Workshop on the go Flirty kit.  I also made some Halloween kits for the ladies to put together.  Like always we had good food, coffee, talking and laughing.
This is a 2-4-6-8 box.
  It's a 51/2  X  81/2 CS scored at 2, 4, 6, & 8.
The witches hat is a Sizzix die cut.  We used the
Martha Stewart punch for the Pumpkin face.

Items that went into the box

We made these pixie sticks using the scallop and round punches.
Using stamps and punches we decorated them for Halloween

So finally this is the card we made using the Flirty Kit.
The paper in this kit is just gorgeous!  It comes with
Raspberry, Yellow, Goldrush and England Ivy.
The pattern paper has double-sided designs on it.

I used the the new embossing folder from SU and just look how the
pattern matches the pattern paper in the kit.

This is the Pumpkin card.  We used the Stamp of the Month (Aug) to
stamp the pumpkins, then color them using the Prismacolor markers.

Close up of the pumpkins.  The border above the pumpkins is from the
Flitery kit. Each pattern paper comes with a boarder you can cut off
or use as is.

Inside of the card

We used our double sided tape (our glue guns) then added
glitter to make it really sparkle.

One year in my Church bulletin this article was printed about how a co-worker
was asked what it was like being a Christian.  Caught off guard,
she didn't know how to respond.  A jack-o-lantern on the co-workers
desk caught her eye and the answer came to her.  I decided to use
the article and make this card.

These are a few of the pumpkins made by Illiana for her children.
They came out really cute.  I just know the kids are going to be so excited.

Thank you ladies for coming to the Flirty workshop.  I am blessed to have you in my home and enjoy your company!!  I hope I have inspired you all to come inside and be something new and bright.  Hugs and Kisses!

La Belle Vie Workshop on the Go was the choice of the month for the workshop/class held yesterday.  These are the cards I created for the workshop.  The color of the paper in this packet is very classy.  I used the stamp set included in the packet along with Jardin  stamp set (see page 39 in the catalog) to add background design to the paper. The ladies made a good choice on their packet and just love the stamp set and paper.

This paper was stamped using the Jardin stamp set to add a butterfly,
writing, flowers and a stamp seal.  The Eiffel tower stamp came with the
workshop on the go set. The heart was made using a punch.

Do you like the bike?  It is part of the Workshop-on-the-Go packet.
The bike was stamped, colored and cut out.
Flower soft was added to the basket to give it a 3-D look of real flowers.

The stamp sentiment says:  Find what brings you joy and go there.

I made a second card same as above but used scrap paper.

On this card you can see the four different kinds of paper
the Le Belle Vie packet includes.  Each one has a different pattern on the back.
All of CTMH pattern paper is two-sided.
Thank you ladies it was a great workshop and wonderful choice of stamp sets.

Saturday I had my Workshop on the Go class using the Premberley kit. (see page 25 of the CTMH catalog)  The ladies learned how to blend using prisma color pencils and turpenoid.  They used a leaf stamp from the stamp set to create a flower setting on one of the cards and Tim Hotlz water color markers. They did a wonderful job!!

Renee's Card

Theresa's card

Molly's card

This is my sample.  We got so busy talking, eating and crafting
I forgot to get pictures of their cards...  Sorry ladies!

Close up of the resin flower

Using the leaf stamp we created the blue flower, added a button and bling.
The dragonfly was stamped using the Tim Holtz markers.
This is my sample card and it landed in the ink pad during the workshop.  LOL

This is the Premberley workshop on the go kit. The paper is just beautiful.
Thank you ladies for coming Saturday!!!  We had a lot of fun even with the little bit of sleep you got...LOL
Have a wonderful COOL week!

It's the last full week in April.  May is just around the corner and before you know it the kids will all be out of school.  My Daughter will be home from college and I can't wait!!
Unfortunately, I got the stomach bug and was unable to give my class on Saturday.  Sorry ladies!!!  I am sharing the cards we would have done had I felt better.  As soon as I have the make up class I will share with you what they create.
This is a look of the packet for the Lucy workshop/class.
You get C.S, Pattern paper, Stamp set, Rub-on's and Bitty
sparkles (bling).  You can find this on page 31 of the catalog.

Close up of the stamp set.

For all the cards I used the  card stock and  pattern paper from
the Lucy packet. The flower is stamped with CTMH ink Cotton Candy
then outlined  in CTMH gray wool.

A Close up of the flower made with the Lucy stamp set and the
CTMH  brads Filgree Charms on page 127 of the catalog. I stamped
the  flower twice, cut them out and then used the bone folder to
roll the  flower stems to give them the 3-D look.

Here I used the rub-on's that came with the packet.  They
match the paper perfect!

Same card as above with "Happy Mother's day" and
less rub-on's.
Close up of the rub on's.  They are beautiful.  They look
like they are chalked.

This last card I used the small flower from the Lucy packet stamp
set and the Stamp of the Month set "You are..." on page 141
You have an AMAZING week!!!
