Halloween Witches.

Happy Monday! Today I'm sharing a couple more Halloween cards and some witches my grandkids made. I hope you have a fun and safe Halloween. 

This was a quick & easy card I made using 

pattern paper and die cut BOO

This is one of Heather's cards. She puts

my cards to shame....LOL

This witch was made by my 3 yr old

granddaughter. I love the glitter brooms

on her chin. To me it's witches hair...LOL

This one is my 3 year old grandson. 

My 6 year old granddaughter made this one. 

Lastly this was made by my 4 year old

granddaughter. 

 We had so much fun with the witches. Happy Halloween!

Happy Fall/Halloween

Happy Monday! How is everyone doing? I sure hope you're having a wonderful day. I've been wanting to make Halloween cards to mail out to family and friends. Not much time to craft these days but I was able to make these two cards. 

I used inks to color the white CS, then embossed

the inked paper and used some sandpaper to bring

 out the image from the embossing folder.  

Added some ribbon and embellishments. 

This was a fun and relaxing technique. Happy FALL!!  

 

Happy Fall

Happy Monday! I made these cards for some of my TOPS friends (take off pounds sensible) We are not having our meetings and I sure do miss them. We are trying to reach out to each other and keep in touch. Hope you all are doing well and staying safe. 

The orange paper was embossed and attached to 

the yellow card. Happy fall was stamped and

cut out using a die cut. Easy Peasy!! 

I added some glitter black cats and the spooky

moon to some of the cards.

Spiders, Bat and no germs!

Happy Monday! My oldest granddaughter and I made these cute Halloween hand soaps. I saw this on Pinterest and thought this is what I am giving out as non-candy gifts this year. 

Got these soaps at the dollar store.

Luckily the labels peeled right off without

 leaving a sticking residue. 

You will need to cut off the ring part of the 

spiders and bats.

Open the soap bottle and push down the

plastic spiders and bat. Tie a ribbon

to the top. So cute! 

 My granddaughter is so excited to use hers. Enjoy your week! 

Halloween Fun

Happy Monday! Fall is finally here. I love the colors and the cooler mornings! Since my grandkids are not going trick-or-treating this year I wanted something special for them to do. I was going to make a pumpkin pinata with them but I saw this cute carnival game at countryliving.com. It's really cute and I hope they have as much fun playing with it as I did making it. 

I took a board and spray painted it green.

Using a  glue gun I attached the cups to

the board.   

The sign was made using die cuts.

I added some tricks and some treats to each cup.

Using napkins and rubber bands I covered

the cups. 

Now they will take turns punching out the

cups to find their trick or treat.

Halloween Boxes

 Happy Monday! I'm running a bit late today on my posting. I wanted to share with you the cutest Halloween boxes my neighbor Heather made for my grand kids. They are just so adorable. So much work and details. She used a die cut for the box and punches and die cuts for the embellishments.

The boxes were stuffed with candy.

Good Morning! Can you believe it's already Novebmer? My granddaughter Jade just turned One and Tessa will be Three. They grow so fast. How many of you still look at Pinterest for inspiration? I pin more than I make. (laughing) I saw this craft and thought it was too cute not to make with the girls. 

Tessa had so much fun putting paint on her feet.
Jade just wanted to touch it and put it in her mouth.

I made this candy bouquet for my daughter's
co-worker. 

I used a floral foam, wooden skewers and hot
glue gun to put it together.

Happy Halloween! Are you ready for all the trick-or-treaters? I was lucky to have spent an afternoon with my neighbor Heather. She had the cutest Halloween cards for us to make. I really miss our crafting days together. It was so much fun. 

The circles are one large square die cut.
All the other items are from die cuts or punches.

The backgroud paper was made using Tim Holtz
Oxide inks. You sponge ink on water color paper,
then spray it with water and watch the colors change.

The candelabra is so cool. It looks as if its
real fire on the candles.

Post-it-Notes

Happy Monday! How is everyone today? Are you getting adjusted to the time change? It's funny because we are painting our kitchen  and dinning room (yes we are still remodeling) and we removed our lighting, so we are eating dinner with candle light since the time changed. I can't image how life was before electricity. Sorry ladies but it's not as romantic as they say it is when you have to do it every night....(laughing)  Today I am sharing some "Post-it-Note" holders. These were from mychicnscratch.com 12 days of Halloween.

When I saw these I thought they would be cute as a
Halloween candy holder. I started with Halloween
paper but never made it back into my craft room to finish.

Happy Halloween. Are you going trick-or-treating tonight or staying home and handing out candy? We will be handing out candy. I love to see the kids and all their cute costumes. I was able to make a few Halloween candy holders for my ghost and goblins.

pattern paper and added Halloween tags.
