Fun Fold

Happy October Monday! October is the month when we can wear our Halloween costumes, shop for our Thanksgiving meals and buy our Christmas tree decorations all on the same day.....(lol) I saw this fun fold on StampingMom.com web site. I love fun fold cards.

The pattern paper is from a packet with tags.
The "happy birthdays" are tags I cut out
and attached to paper.

Do you like the fold?

Inside completely open.

Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you have a blessed October!

Sick as a Dog

Happy Monday! Hope you're having a wonderful day! I bought this stamp set from a garage sale years ago. It's from Stampin Up and I just thought it was adorable. I have a nephew who has dogs he trains for dog shows. He was ill so I sent him this card.

I stamped a set of paw prints on the
bottom of the card at the last minute.
You guessed it, only 1/2 of the first paw
stamped. AGGHHH!!!!!! So I added
the heart! Much better than the paw
print don't you think?

Inside the card.
Stay well and enjoy your week!

Birthday Princess

Happy Monday! Hope your all having a wonderful day! My granddaughter turned 6 years old this month. I can't believe how fast they grow. She loves the color purple and dressing up as a princess. I knew I had a princess stamp somewhere. I found the "Pretty Princess" from Stampin Up. It's an older stamp set that I'm glad I held onto. She loved the card.

I stamped the princess twice and colored
and cut pieces to make it 3-D. Then
added bling to it.

Hope you enjoy your last week of January! Happy Stamping.

Post-It-Note holders

Happy Monday! The last Monday in November of 2020. What a year!! Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Today I am sharing some post-it-note holders Heather had shared with me. The tutorial is by LeeAnn Greff. The one she made had a small paper calendar on the front of it. I decided to decorate them without the calendars.

Sorry about the poor pictures. I didn't have very good
lighting and short on time...

The saying was made using
a Stampin Up stamp set and punch.

I used some glitter pattern paper and
some stickers.

This one is my favorite one. Using
pattern paper and clear stickers with
the sentiments.

Side view. I have the small pens
and pencils that fit inside.

 Have a blessed day!

Fun Fold

Happy Monday. I saw this fun fold card online and thought I could do this. It took me a couple of tries to figure it out but I got it. Then Heather my neighbor sent over a card from her crafting group with this fold and it was done differently. haha just goes to show you how crafting can be the same and yet so different.
The bird was cut using the SU bird punch.

Inside the card I stamped each card a little different.

Thank you for stopping by today! You stay safe and God Bless you!

Birthday

Happy November Monday! Yesterday was my granddaughters birthday. Can't believe she is already 4 years old. She love ice cream so I decided to us the SU Tasty Trucks stamp set to make her a card.
The pattern paper is a glittery print so I
used a glitter ribbon. The truck is colored
with Prism markers.
Her name fit perfect across the truck.
I stamped the truck twice and cut out
the Awning to make it 3-D.

Inside the card

Wishing you a great November month. Stay safe!

Butterfly

Happy Monday! Are you enjoying the start of our Fall weather? I love the Fall! Today I am sharing a butterfly card. I made the butterfly using Stampin Up's Butterflies Thinlits and liquid glass.
Taking some pattern paper, I cut the butterfly using
SU butterfly thinlits. I then poured liquid glass over
the butterfly, let it dry and repeated two more times.

Wish you could see this in person. The colors are
bright and it's so shinny.

I attached it to pattern paper and stamped
Hugs on it.

Thanks for stopping by! Enjoy your day!

Gift Card Holder

Happy Monday to you! Today I am sharing some gift card holders I made. I saw these on Pinterest and really like them...So sorry I can't find the web site I used. (sad face) I made them for my TOPS officers to include a gift card for volunteering yet another year to keep our group going.

I used some doubled sided glitter pattern paper
and a old (2007) Stampin Up stamp.

The "thanks" is a die cut.

The gift card is attached to
the "Thanks" insert which
pulls out of the pocket.

Thanks for stopping by. Enjoy your week!

Bridal Shower

Happy Monday! How's everyone doing? Are you surviving the HOT weather? I don't do well in hot weather. By the end of the day I don't want to do anything! I had a bridal shower I went to this past weekend. I used the invitation for the shower to make the bridal card. Sorry but this post is a long one.

This is the invite. The color
is actually Rose Gold. It looks
copper but it's a softer color
in person.

As the base of the card I used the polka
paper which is the actual invitation.
I cut the gold flap from the envelope
and attached it to left side of the card.
I lined a piece of white CS with the gold
from the inside of the envelope.

The dress was cut using a Stamp'n Up
die-cut, from embossed paper
and added the lace and pearls.
I stamped Congratulations on
CS and attached it to the bottom.

Inside of the card
At the bridal shower they put us in groups
of four. One of us had to be the bride while
the other three made the wedding dress using
toilet paper.  Our group won the prize.
This is my daughter Stephanie. She was
the bride for our group.

She makes a beautiful bride. We did a
pretty good job using that toilet paper.
She even had a long veil....(smiling) it was
a fun bridal shower.
Thanks for letting me share my bridal shower and card. Enjoy your week! Stay COOL!
