Christmas card

Today I am sharing a card my brother-in-law received at work for the holidays.  This card is so cute!!
Do you see how the top is embossed with dots to look
like snow?

The gingerbread man is so cute.  I can't tell if they were
stamped and die cut or bought that way.

Hope you have a wonderful day today!!!  Thanks for stopping by.

Christmas Paint Brushes

Happy Monday to you!!  The holidays are over and of course I didn't make all the things I wanted to for everyone on my list.  I am determined to make my Christmas gifts for 2014 in the next few months.  How about you?  Want to take on the challenge of making Christmas gifts NOW?  We can do it!!  Let's get started......
I made these paint brushes on Christmas Eve.
Yikes!!  I was cutting it a bit close don't you think?
They are really adorable.  Of course I saw them on
Pinterest and just had to make them.

I painted them with acrylic paints then
added the embellishments and ribbon.

These are fun gifts to give to the painter or construction working in your life.
Make sure to stop by  on Mondays as I will feature a homemade gift I made for the 2014 Christmas Season.  I hope to inspire you to do the same! Wouldn't it be nice to have all our gifts done by November? Hope your day is painted in colorful rainbow colors.

Christmas Card

This is the Christmas card I received from my neighbor Heather.  Everyone made homemade cards but me....Oh well there is plenty of time for 2014.....hee hee
The JOY was cut using a die cut and the "sending
Christmas" is stamped in silver embossing powder.

Heather did a beautiful job!

Look how perfect the inside is stamped.
Great card Heather.
Thank you!

Happy 2014!!!
Today I am sharing a homemade card and gift my niece Katrina made us for Christmas.
A card with buttons and a origami ornament.
Such a cute card with all the buttons!

She did everything free hand.  No stamps.  Wow
She did a wonderful job!!!

Here is the ornament. The paper is beautiful.

I wish I had the patience and small fingers to do origami.

I love to get homemade gifts.  They are always made with love.  Thank you Katrina.  Enjoy your day!
