Birthday

Happy Monday!! Today I'm sharing a birthday card I made for a friend. I remembered her birthday but never got her card out to her. 

I used Prisma color markers and some

glitter for her wings.

Friends and Crafting

Happy Monday.  A few weeks ago I was able to join my neighbor Heather and another friend to make these cards. It was so nice to be together again, laughing and just enjoying our company while making cards. 

These cards are just so adorable. It was like playing

with paper dolls. We had to glue each color piece

together to create Micky and Minnie.

Look at those adorable dogs?

School days

Happy Monday! School time is here already. Where did the summer go? During my children's school years I put a card or note on their dressers on the first day of school wishing them a great school year. Wish I would have kept all those cards and notes. It would have made a great keepsake book.  I made these two cards for my grandkids for this school year. 

I found this paper in my stash and thought it was

perfect for a back to school card. 

I added a couple of embellishments

and some ribbon. How much ribbon do

you have? Back in the day ribbon was

added to every card. I have bins full

of ribbon! I need to do a purge in

my craft room!!

Birthday

Happy Monday! My son celebrated his 36th birthday this past week. I saw this fun fold card and decided this was what I was going to make. I used a combination of different stamps and dies. 

 

Here is the ice cream cake I made. I love

Dairy Queens cakes but they run $35-$40

so I decided to make one myself. (smiling) 

It's not as neat and fancy as Dairy Queens but

my grandkids were so impressed and so was 

my son. It was delicious too. (smiling)

Cute handbags/purses

Happy August Monday! How is everyone today? Do you carry everything you own in your handbag or purse?  How about all your family members (husbands) who think because you carry a purse you can now carry all of their items too...(laughing) Today I'm sharing these cute little purses and surprisingly they are bigger than I thought they would be.

like key chains & hearts. Its just so adorable.

You can use them for gift cards or 

small note cards.
