Mom's birthday

Happy Monday! My Mother-in-law turned 92 in January. She is a very speical lady with a lot of life left in her. This is the card I made for her. 

I took this picture before I added the pearls.

Here is the finished card.

I used ribbon, lace, flowers, wood,
paper clip and pearls.

Are you a Unicorn?

Happy Monday! My niece had a Unicorn birthday party and I didn't realize how popular Unicorns are these days.  I don't have a horse stamp or die cut, so I searched the web for Unicorn cards ideas.  I really liked the sleeping Unicorns so I decided on this card.

I had all these great ideas for the horn. After several
different attempts I finally just used paper and glitter. 

I purchased the rainbow hair to make Trolls with my
granddaughter back when the Troll movie came out.
Never got around to it, but it was perfect for the Unicorn.

Today be a Unicorn, stand out and be noticed.

 Happy Valentines week. My Neighbor Heather and I made these cute Valentines lollipop holders way back in January.  I wanted to work on Christmas cards but these were more fun.

Heather had the little foam teaddy bears.
They are so cute.

Art Impressions (Ai)

Happy Monday! Here we are in February already.  I pulled out my Art Impressions stamps this weekend and picked out Celestes for today's card. I sent these card to one of my TOPS friends who is kind of struggle with her weight right now. I thought it would give her a lift.  

 The saying is from Rubbernecker. 

Stamping on pattern paper, I cut out the
couch and attached it to the background paper.
I stamped a second time on white CS,colored
Celeste with markers and attached her to the couch.
