Happy Tuesday. I hope this finds you having a super great day! I am sad to say I will no longer be posting to my blog on a daily basis. It seems as if life has just gotten in the way. I will be taking the month of September off to catch up. I hope to be back in October with some great mini albums, cards and craft fair items. I am leaving you with some cute cartoons.

It's Always Tea Time
Happy Monday. Are you a tea lover? Today I have some tea holders for you. I made these for my Mom, Grandma and two Aunts. We had breakfast at my house on Friday and I wanted to give them a little something to take with them.
I made these at the last minute so I usually add some kind of embellishment to the pockets. Oh well next time.... |
A cup of Tea makes everything better.
Have a Blessed Day

Pumpkin tag pocket
Happy Wednesday. You are probably wondering why I am sharing Halloween crafts with you in August. Well I came across this blog "Scrapnnana.blogspot.ca" and she made this cute little pocket using a Martha Stewart punch. Of course I didn't have the punch she used and for a moment I thought should I call Heather? (my neighbor has all the punches) Instead I used the Martha Steward punch I do have, "The Pumpkins." It's a really cute little pocket and it turned out to be a great Halloween goodies holder for co-works or classmates.
I added the picket fence, spider and Trick or Treat. |
The only candy I had was an mini Almond Joy but it fit just right. I think a candy sucker would fit also. |

It's A Girl!
Happy Tuesday. Last week we were surprised with the news that our first grandchild is a Girl! We will be having a precious little princess. We are so excited and can't wait until we can hold her in our arms and spoil her. I made today's card in honor of our little granddaughter.
I saw a card on Pinterest with the dresser and thought I could do that. I think it's really cute. |
The bear is a embellishment from Jolee's boutique. |

Thank you
Happy Monday! I hope you had an enjoyable weekend. Did you find time to do any crafting or did you just enjoy pinning things to your Pinterest boards? I did a little of both. Today's card is using the same layout as Friday's card. The paper is from DCWV.
The "thank you" is a CTMH stamp and the edges are distressed with Tim Holz inks. |

Thinking of You
Happy Thursday everyone. Hope your all having a wonderful day!! This has been a great week. I have been able to make it into my crafting room for three days this week. Yuppie!
The paper for this card came out of a DCWV packet called "The Chateau Lavender Stack". It has such beautiful paper with glitter and embossing. |
Can you see the glitter? |
I just started making a Mini Album with this paper. I will show pictures soon. |

Purse Card
Happy Wednesday!! Today's card is a money holder. Using a Sixxiz envelope die cut I made the purse as a money gift holder.
The lipstick is also a die cut from Sizzix. The flower is made of wood so I used a marker to color it to match the purse. |
Inside the purse I used a magnet to keep the flap closed. I added money inside as a gift. |

Thank you for stopping by. Have a super great day!

Pocket Card
Woo Hoo!! I made it into my craft room yesterday and made some cards. I have to say it took me some time once I was in there to really get my crafting mojo going. Here are the two cards I made.
The cards have a pocket with two tags. |
The tags are made using a Sizzix die cut. |
The watering can is a Memory Box die cut. I used Tim Holtz paper for the watering can for a rustic look. |
These are the tags distressed with ink and a button and ribbon added to the top. |

The second card I added a flower pot and flowers. |

It was so nice to be back in my craft room. I hope to spend some more time there this week. Enjoy your day.
